We are experienced in recruiting both technical and operations type candidates. Prior to starting his company in 1991, he worked in the recruiting profession for several years with three firms which at that time were referred to as Employment Agencies. This allowed the building of experience and training under a cross section of management styles and industry exposure.
We are in the business of identifying qualified candidates for clients who have requirements for professional expertise in a specified skill set. Our approach in conducting business with both recruited candidates and clients is that Value Added = Quality.
While we are located in North Carolina and have a Southeast focus, we also work with Clients who have a need in other Regions of the US. Mr. Simril is a member of ASME. He is the Section Chairperson of the Piedmont-Carolina ASME Senior Section for 2013 – 2014. He has served as Section Chairperson of ASME, SAE, and ASQ Engineering Societies in Raleigh, N.C. in the past.
Our resources extend into the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southwest and Midwest plus other parts of the US. We are associated with a select few of other recruiting professionals on a personal basis, which extends our recruiting efforts on an as needed basis.
Our clients represent the metals, mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronics and process industries. They are manufacturers and distributors of products sold both domestically and exported. The Search Assignments represent positions at the Plant, Distribution Center, Division, and Corporate level. Our commitment to industry, interest in quality, growth in our profession through involvement with our clients and meeting their needs offers a challenge we strive to serve.

Clients: If you need applicants for an open requisition, place the listing on the web i.e. Monster.com or your own internal web site, classified section of the local newspaper. If you need Potential Candidates who are pre-qualified, interested in your opening, willing to talk seriously contact us.
Candidates: We do not deal in Jobs rather Positions. There is a difference. If you find yourself in need of a job, check with the local Employment Security Commission, local Personal Agency, and local Temp Agency.
